1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing HRDS (Cloud SaaS or On‑Premise), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Products
Cloud (SaaS): hosted multi-tenant access. You do not receive application source code.
On‑Premise: encoded commercial package activated with a license from auth.hrds.in. Source is not provided in readable form.
3. Accounts & tenants
You are responsible for account credentials, company data accuracy, and lawful use of the platform for your employees.
4. Fees & billing
Fees are charged in INR or USD as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew per plan cycle unless cancelled. Taxes may apply as per Indian or local law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access, or use HRDS for illegal activity.
6. Limitation of liability
HRDS is provided “as is” within commercial SLAs. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Contact support for questions.
