1. Free trial
Cloud free trials can be cancelled before conversion with no charge when no paid invoice is due.
2. SaaS subscriptions
Monthly/yearly SaaS fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or if service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault.
3. On‑Premise licenses
One-time On‑Premise license fees are non-refundable after license keys are issued and package download is enabled, unless the package cannot be activated due to a verified platform defect we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
4. Failed payments & chargebacks
Failed payments may pause access. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
5. How to request
Email support@hrds.in with order number, company name, and reason within 7 days of payment. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
